i. Application Period:

  1. Application period of IVE Full-time Post-secondary 5 Courses is from 1 February to 31 March 2010.
  2. Application period of IVE Full-time Post-secondary 7 Courses is from 24 November 2009 to 18 January 2010.

ii. Late Application Period:

Late application period of IVE Full-time Post-secondary 7 Courses is from 1 February 2010 to 14 April 2010.

 Applicants can complete the on line application form (during application period) or download the paper application form at the following website:

 The completed paper application form should be submitted by post or in person to:

Tuition Fee:
The tuition fees for the academic year 2010 / 11 are given in the following table. Please note that the tuition fee levels will be subject to review annually on the basis of inflation and other relevant factors; and changes in tuition fee levels apply to both new and progressing students.

Financial Assistance
Students with financial hardship are eligible to apply for the student financial assistance schemes offered by the government, for example Local Student Finance Scheme and Non-means Tested Loan Scheme.
