- BA(Hons) in Housing Studies (Part-time)
offered by the City University of Hong Kong
- BA in Housing Management (Full-time) offered by School of Professional Education and Executive Development, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
- BSc (Hons) in Applied Science (Energy and Environmental Management for Buildings and Facilities) offered by the Open University of Hong Kong
- Bachelor of Construction Management / Bachelor of Architecture / Bachelor of Facilities Management offered by Deakin University, Australia*
*Graduates of HD in Real Estate Management and Facilities Management at Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education who attain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 65% or more are eligible for 8 points credit points / 16 credit points advanced standing.
