Notice to Students:
In cases classes/activities are suspended owing to the occurrence of suspected/confirmed cases of Influenza A(H1N1) before or during the scheduled examination / test period, the following arrangements will be made:
- The suspended examination(s) / test (s) will be rescheduled to be held after the campus is re-opened. However, all examinations / tests will be finished by 20 June 2009 for Round 1 and by 27 July 2009 for Round 2 (i.e. supplementary examination) if applicable. Due to tight schedule, examination may be conducted in the evening, Saturday or Sunday. Students are therefore strongly advised to avoid visits outside Hong Kong or having any activities that would prevent them from attending examinations / tests during the aforesaid periods.
Students should check daily the Homepage of the Student Web-based Services (http://www3.vtc.edu.hk) for any updated information/arrangements in this regard.
